Small tattoos

All of the examples below are just that — examples. Every tattoo is unique, and some pieces may require more or less time. That said, I hope the information below helps you get a better idea of what to expect when booking your next small tattoo with me.

For smaller pieces that take four hours or less I charge $250 an hour, with a $300 deposit. I tattoo pretty fast — you'd be surprised how much we can get done in just four hours.

Who this is for

This option is available for large-project clients who prefer shorter sessions instead of committing to a full eight-hour tattoo day. It's also a great choice for those who are local to my studio and want to pace the project out more comfortably.

If you're unsure whether your tattoo qualifies as a small tattoo, don't hesitate to ask.

If you're booking a large project but prefer to break it into shorter sessions, your deposit will still fall in the $500–$1,000 range depending on project size. Just keep in mind that choosing shorter sessions means it will take more appointments to complete the piece.

This approach isn't ideal if you're traveling in — longer sessions are usually more cost-effective once you factor in travel and lodging.
